Terms & Conditions of Use of the rebat99 Platform

1 Definitions and Scope of Agreement

rebat99's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made, subject to applicable legal provisions.
